摘  要:介绍某HPV-02 CA型变量柱塞泵的排量控制原理,并以此推导出降低排量控制压力是实现静液压驱动系统液控寸进的核心,阐述液控寸进的工程实现方法,解析液控寸进曲线,针对寸进时车辆减速过猛、寸进提前介入、寸进与液压制动衔接不畅等问题,从寸进曲线上得到解决思路,如改变寸进曲线的斜率大小、左右平移寸进曲线、改变制动压力输出曲线的起点等,依照这些思路,解决某型伸缩臂叉车样机寸进时的诸多同类问题。根据此研究方法,亦可设计和优化其他静液压驱动系统的液控寸进功能。The displacement control principle of an HPV-02 CA variable-delivery piston pump is introduced,and on this basis,it is deduced that reducing replacement control pressure is the core of achieving hydraulic inching for the hydrostatic drive system.The engineering implementation method of hydraulic inching is explained,and the hydraulic inching curve is analyzed.In view of the problems during inching,such as excessive vehicle decelera tion,early intervention of inching and poor connection between the inching and hydrau lic braking,the solution ideas are got from the inching curve,such as changing the slope of the inching curve,shifting the inching curve left and right and changing the starting point of the braking pressure output curve.Based on these ideas,many similar problems of a type of variable-reach trucks during inching are solved.According to the research method,the hydraulic inching function of other hy drostatic drive systems can be designed and optimized.
