摘　　要：依据瑙鲁项目港池疏浚的各种限制性施工条件,整合项目现有的多功能驳船、高频破碎锤、大型液压挖掘机等,设计了驳船搭载新型凿岩机的工艺方案,并进行实际验证。在专门设计的机架及动力系统支撑下,高频破碎锤破开岩面,由大型挖掘机将破碎后的石料转运上船,实现水下疏浚施工。装备及工艺适用于有一定岩石强度、不允许热爆破作业的水下疏浚工程。Based on various restrictive construction conditions of the dredging of the harbor basin of the Naoru project,the existing multifunc tional barges,high-frequency breakers and large hydraulic excavators in the project are integrated,and a process plan for the barge to carry a new rock drill is designed and verified in practice.Supported by a specially designed frame and power system,the high-frequency breaker breaks through the rock surface,and the large excavator transports the broken rock onto the barge to realize underwater dredging construction.The equipment and process are applicable to underwater dredging projects with certain rock strength that do not allow thermal blasting operations.
