钢桥面浇注式沥青病害快速修复装备及生产工艺的研究与应用

摘　　要：钢桥面常常会受到裂缝、坑槽等病害的影响,进而影响交通安全和通行效率。传统的浇注式沥青修复方式需要拌和楼生产沥青混合料,再由专用保温搅拌运输设备运送至现场进行施工修复。钢桥面养护单处修复面积小且需要频繁转场,而拌和楼通常是大量生产,集中运输,加工成本高,对钢桥面病害修复的适用性较差。针对上述问题,设计开发了一种浇注式沥青一体化快速修复装备以及就地生产浇注式沥青工艺,旨在快速、高效地修复钢桥面病害且转场便捷。该装备及工艺的研制,为钢桥面养护提供了一种新的解决方案,具备实际应用和推广的潜力,对钢桥面病害修复工作具有重要意义。Steel bridge decks are often affected by diseases such as cracks and pits,which in turn affect traffic safety and efficiency.The traditional gussasphalt repair method requires a mixing plant to produce asphalt mixtures,which are then transported to the site by special insulation,mixing and trans port equipment for construction and repair.A single repair area of the steel bridge deck is small and requires frequent transfer,while the mixing plant is usually used for mass production,with centralized transport and high production costs,resulting in poor ap plicability to the steel bridge deck disease repair.In view of the above problems,a kind of gussasphalt integrated equipment for rap id repair and the onsite production process of gussasphalt are designed and developed to rapidly and efficiently repair the steel bridge deck diseases and facilitate transfer.The development of the equipment and pro cess provides a new solution for the mainte nance of steel bridge decks,has the potential for practical application and promotion and is of great significance for the repair of steel bridge deck diseases.
