摘  要:风力发电机组变桨轴承可靠性问题日益突出,套圈开裂频发,甚至有出现叶片掉落现象,严重威胁到机组安全运行,极大增加运维更换成本。针对双排四点接触球变桨轴承外圈开裂问题,从载荷边界、系统支撑刚度、结构设计、工程计算、有限元分析、制造质量、装配运维、断口形貌分析等方面提供故障分析思路及改进措施,为机组安全可靠运行和失效分析提供参考。The reliability issue of pitch bearings of wind turbines is becoming more and more pronounced,frequent cracking of rings and even falling of blades seriously threaten the safe operation of the turbine and greatly increase the replacement costs for operation and maintenance.In view of the cracking problem of the outer ring of double-row four-point-contact ball pitch bearings,fault analysis ideas and improvement measures are provided from the aspects of load bound ary,system support stiffness,structural de sign,engineering calculation,finite element analysis,manufacturing quality,assembly operation and maintenance and fracture mor phology analysis,which provide a reference for the safe and reliable operation and failure analysis of the turbine.
