摘　　要：面对市场内卷、产能相对过剩的困境,陕西同力重工新能源智能科技有限公司(以下简称同力科技)在新的经营环境下,落实“借势调整,积极布局”的工作方针,在质量管理方面推行PDCA质量改进方法,将PDCA方法运用到持续改进产品质量工作中,实现了产品质量改进和企业向“高质量型”企业转变。介绍同力科技推行PDCA质量改进方法的实践经验。Against the dilemma of market involution and relative overcapacity,Shaanxi Tonly Heavy New Energy Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Tonly Technology),in the new business environ ment,implements the work policy of“taking advantages of the situation to adjust and positively plan”,promotes the PDCA qual ity improvement method in terms of quality management and applies the PDCA method to continuous improvement of product qual ity,so as to realize the improvement of prod uct quality and transformation of the enter prise into a“high-quality”enterprise.The practical experience of Tonly Technology in implementing the PDCA quality improve ment method is introduced.
