远志治疗阿尔茨海默病机制研究进展

摘　　要：远志具有安神益智、祛痰开窍功效,常与人参、石菖蒲等配伍应用治疗AD。远志及其化学成分可通过抑制tau蛋白过度磷酸化、抗氧化应激、调控胆碱能系统、改善神经炎症、调节β-淀粉样蛋白异常代谢等,作用于多靶点、调控多种信号通路,从而在AD防治中发挥重要作用。由远志组成的开心散、远志散、地黄饮子、安神定志方等复方,也具有抗AD作用,临床广泛应用。Polygalae Radix can calm the mind,enhance intelligence,dispel phlegm,and open the orifices.Often administered in combination with herbs such as Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,Polygalae Radix is frequently prescribed for the management of Alzheimer's disease.Rhizoma Polygalae and its chemical constituents play an important role in the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease by acting on multiple targets and regulating multiple signaling pathways,such as inhibiting tau protein hyperphosphorylation,antioxidant stress,regulating cholinergic system,improving neuroinflammation,regulatingβ-amyloid abnormal metabolism,etc.Compound prescriptions composed of Polygalae Radix,such as Kaixin Powder,Yuanzhi Powder,Dihuang Decoction,Anshen Dingzhi Prescription,etc.,also have anti-Alzheimer's disease effects and are widely used in clinical practice.
