摘 要:多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是育龄女性最常见的一种内分泌疾病,以高雄激素血症、胰岛素抵抗、排卵功能障碍等为主要临床特征,可能导致糖尿病、心血管疾病等远期并发症危险因素的增加。目前有关PCOS的发病机制研究较多,研究热点包括但不限于线粒体异常、氧化应激、维生素D异常、钙稳态失衡,但具体机制尚未明确。本文综述近5年有关线粒体异常与PCOS的相关研究进展,以期为进一步探索其发病机制提供理论依据,为其治疗方法探索更多思路。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is one of the most common endogenous diseases in women of childbearing age.Its main clinical features are hypertrophy,insulin resistance,ovulation dysfunction and so on,which may lead to the increase of long-term complications risk factors such as diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease.At present,the pathogenesis of PCOS includes but not limited to mitochondrial abnormalities,oxidative stress,vitamin D metabolism abnormalities,calcium homeostasis imbalance,but the specific mechanism has not been clarified.This article reviews the recent five years related research progress on mitochondrial abnormality and PCOS in order to provide theoretical basis for further exploration of its pathogenesis and explore more ideas for its treatment.
