摘　　要：萨提亚沟通模式作为一种体验式心理疗法,可帮助个体及家庭系统实现从功能失调到功能健全的状态,有利于丰富家庭支持的干预内涵,为实现全生命周期照护提供新方向。该文从家庭支持视角出发,综述了萨提亚沟通模式的概念、核心要素、常用的治疗技术与在护理领域中的应用及效果,提出相关建议,以期为萨提亚沟通模式在护理领域的本土化发展与临床应用提供参考。As a type of experiential psychotherapy,Satir communication model can help the individual system and the family system achieve a state from dysfunction to healthy function,which can enrich the intervention connotation of family support and provide a new direction for the realization of full-life circle care.This paper aims to introduce the concept,core elements,common treatment techniques,application and effects,current challenges and relevant suggestions of Satir communication model in the nursing field from the perspective of family support,in order to provide references for the localization development and clinical integration of Satir communication model in the field of nursing in China.
