摘 要:为更好地调查生物多样性以及开展林区蛀干害虫监测和防控,对采集到的小蠹通过形态学观察和线粒体细胞色素氧化酶亚基Ⅰ(COI)序列分析的方法进行种类鉴定。其中一种小蠹为黑褐色,虫体表面光秃略有刚毛,触角的球状部向顶端逐渐收拢,前胸背板长大于宽,侧緣呈弓形,有中隆线,初步确定为根小蠹属Hylastes spp.。该小蠹前额无纵向中隆线,前胸背板中央有一明显纵向突起的脊,鞘翅表面具深而大的刻点且排列整齐,整个鞘翅体表被短刚毛。基于COI基因序列构建系统发育树(ML树)表明采集到的小蠹样本与美国、瑞典、芬兰、德国的云杉小根小蠹样本序列聚成一支。基于形态学和分子生物学特征鉴定所诱集到的小蠹为云杉小根小蠹,同时该种为山东新记录种。In order to investigate the biodiversity and carry out the monitoring and control of stem-boring pests,the collected Scolytidae were identified by morphological observation and mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunitⅠ(COI)sequence analysis methods.One of the Scolytidae was black-brown,with a bald body and slightly transverse hairs,the bulbous part of the antennae gradually closing to the tip,the dorsal plate of the prothorax growing larger than wide,the lateral margins bowed,with a midrondial line,which was preliminarily identified as Hylastes spp..The Scolytinae specimen lack a longitudinal ridge on the frons,but have a prominent longitudinal ridge on the pronotum.Closely and coarsely punctured were on the frons,vertex and elytron,elytral declivity was with filiform setae.The sequences from collected specimen clustered with species from the USA,Sweden,Finland,and Germany in the phylogenetic tree(ML tree)based on COI gene sequences.The Scolytinae specimen collected in Laoshan was identified Hylastes opacus,a newly specimen in Shandong provinces based on morphological and molecular biological identification.
