强脉冲光联合果酸治疗黄褐斑的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨强脉冲光联合果酸治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效和安全性。方法 回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年12月在广州市皮肤病医院激光理疗科就诊的黄褐斑患者46例,按治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组23例。对照组患者采用单纯强脉冲光治疗,观察组患者采用强脉冲光联合果酸治疗,两组患者每月治疗1次,共3次。比较两组患者的临床疗效及黄褐斑面积和严重指数评分变化。结果 观察组患者总有效率91.3%(21/23),高于对照组65.2%(15/23),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者黄褐斑面积和严重指数评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未观察到严重不良反应。结论 强脉冲光联合果酸治疗可有效改善黄褐斑皮损,安全有效,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of intense pulsed light combined with fruit acid in the treatment of melasma.Methods A total of 46 patients with melasma treated in the laser physiotherapy department of Guangzhou Dermatology Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 23 cases in each group The control group was treated with intense pulsed light alone,and the observation group was treated with intense pulsed light combined with fructic acid.The patients in the two groups were treated once a month for a total of three times.The clinical efficacy and melasma area and severity index scores of the two groups were compared.Results After treatments,the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.3%(21/23)higher than that of the control group 65.2%(15/23),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower melasma area and severity index scores than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in either group of patients.Conclusions Intense pulsed light combined with fructic acid treatment can effectively improve melasma lesions,which is safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
