摘　　要：目的 探讨自体脂肪颗粒联合富血小板纤维蛋白移植治疗面部凹陷的临床疗效。方法 将2023年1月至2024年1月在郑州缔莱美医疗美容医院就诊的70例面部凹陷患者纳入研究,给予患者自体脂肪颗粒联合富血小板纤维蛋白移植治疗。记录本组患者的临床效果与不良反应。结果 本组70例患者中,显效54例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率为97.14%(68/70);不良反应3例,其中血肿2例,感染1例,不良反应发生率为4.29%(3/70)。结论 自体脂肪颗粒联合富血小板纤维蛋白移植治疗面部凹陷临床疗效较好,安全性较高,具有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of autologous fat granules combined with platelet-rich fibrin transplantation in the treatment of facial depression.Methods Seventy patients with facial depression treated in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were included in the study.The patient was treated with autologous fat granules combined with plateletrich fibrin transplantation.The total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of treatment-related adverse reactions were analyzed.Results The clinical efficacy was analyzed,of which 54 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 97.14%(68/70).Three patients had treatment-related adverse reactions,including 2 cases of hematoma and 1 case of infection.The incidence of treatment-related adverse reactions was 4.29%(3/70).Conclusions Autologous fat granules combined with platelet-rich fibrin transplantation is effective in the treatment of facial depression,and the treatment plan is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
