摘　　要：目的 探讨脂肪抽吸联合腹壁成形术对腹部脂肪堆积伴腹壁松弛患者腹部形态及并发症的影响。方法 选取2020年 1月至2023年12月在贵州整形口腔美容外科医院接受治疗的腹部脂肪堆积伴腹壁松弛患者78例,分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组患者仅接受脂肪抽吸术,观察组患者接受脂肪抽吸联合腹壁成形术。比较两组患者术前、术后3个月的腹部周径、皮褶厚度、腹壁松弛度、腹壁功能恢复评分以及术后并发症发生情况和患者满意度。结果 术后3个月,观察组患者腹部周径、皮褶厚度、腹壁松弛度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为5.1%(2/39),低于对照组17.9%(7/39),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者腹壁功能恢复评分(87.3±6.5)分,高于对照组(78.9±7.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度94.9%(37/39),高于对照组76.9%(30/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脂肪抽吸联合腹壁成形术能有效改善腹部脂肪堆积伴腹壁松弛患者的腹部形态,降低术后并发症发生率,促进腹壁功能恢复,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of combined liposuction and abdominoplasty on abdominal morphology and complications in patients with abdominal fat accumulation and laxity.Methods Seventy-eight patients with abdominal fat accumulation and abdominal wall relaxation who received treatment in Guizhou Plastic and Oral Beauty Surgery Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 39 patients in each group.The control group only received liposuction,while the observation group received liposuction combined with abdominal wall shaping surgery.Compare the abdominal circumference,skin fold thickness,abdominal wall laxity,abdominal wall function recovery score,incidence of postoperative complications,and patient satisfaction between two groups of patients before and 3 months after surgery.Results Three months after surgery,the observation group had lower abdominal circumference,skin fold thickness,and abdominal wall relaxation than the control group,but the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.1%(2/39),which was lower than the control group's 17.9%(7/39),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery score of abdominal wall function in the observation group(87.3±6.5)was higher than that in the control group(78.9±7.2),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group patients was 94.9%(37/39),which was higher than that of the control group 76.9%(30/39),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Combined liposuction and abdominoplasty effectively improves abdominal morphology,reduces postoperative complications,enhances abdominal wall functional recovery,and increases patient satisfaction in individuals with abdominal fat accumulation and laxity.This approach warrants broader clinical application.
