摘　　要：目的 探讨穿支蒂螺旋桨皮瓣在手部软组织缺损修复中的应用效果。方法 研究对象为2022年1月至2024年1月在郑州市骨科医院就诊的36例手部软组织缺损患者,所有患者均行穿支蒂螺旋桨皮瓣修复。统计皮瓣成活率、手术效果优良率和不良反应发生率。结果 36例患者皮瓣均成活,皮瓣成活率为100%。随访3个月,手术效果为优16例,良20例,无手术效果差者,手术效果优良率为100%;创面感染1例,静脉回流障碍3例,并发症发生率为11.11%(4/36)。结论 穿支蒂螺旋桨皮瓣在手部软组织缺损修复中应用可取得良好效果,其皮瓣成活率高。Objective To explore the application effect of pedicle screw flap in the repair of soft tissue defects in the hand.Methods The research subjects were 36 patients with hand soft tissue defects who received treatment at Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024.All patients underwent pedicle screw flap repair.Calculate the survival rate of skin flaps,the rate of excellent surgical outcomes,and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results All 36 patients'skin flaps survived,with a survival rate of 100%.During a 3-month follow-up,16 cases showed excellent surgical outcomes,20 cases showed good outcomes,and there were no case with poor surgical outcomes.The excellent and good surgical outcome rate was 100%;There was 1 case of wound infection and 3 cases of venous reflux obstruction,with a complication rate of 11.11%(4/36).Conclusions The application of perforator pedicle screw flap in the repair of soft tissue defects in the hand can achieve good results,with a high survival rate of the flap.
