摘　　要：目的 本文分析心理干预在眼部整形围手术期的护理效果。方选取2023年1月至2023年6月济南明水眼科医院收治的90例患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者予以常规手术护理及健康指导,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上,增加心理干预的护理模式。结果 两组患者治疗过程中及治疗结束时血压差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在护理前的心理状态对比,差异无统计学意义。治疗后的SAS与SDS评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 眼部整形手术围手术期应用心理干预护理模式,能有效缓解患者焦虑、抑郁、紧张等负性情绪,提高患者心理健康水平,术后满意度高。Objective This article mainly analyzes the nursing effect of psychological intervention in perioperative period of eye plastic surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients admitted to Jinan Mingshui eye hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine surgical nursing and health guidance,while patients in the observation group were given psychological intervention based on routine nursing.Results There was significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups during and at the end of treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the psychological status of the two groups before nursing.There was significant difference between SAS and SDS scores after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of psychological intervention nursing mode in the perioperative period of eye plastic surgery can effectively relieve the negative emotions of patients such as anxiety,depression,tension,improve the level of psychological health of patients,and have high postoperative satisfaction.
