摘　　要：新时代推进全面从严治党,加强领导干部政德建设是其中一项重要的任务。习近平总书记高度重视领导干部良好政德的养成,就加强领导干部的政德建设发表了一系列重要论述。这些重要论述充满辩证思维的智慧,主要体现为坚持历史继承与创新发展辩证统一、坚持整体构建和重点突出辩证统一、坚持理论学习和实践养成辩证统一、坚持党性修养和人民立场辩证统一、坚持自律自省和他律约束辩证统一。学习把握这些充满辩证思维的重要论述,有助于更好地把握和推进新时代领导干部的政德建设。In the new era,promoting the strict management of the party in an all-round way and strengthening the building of political ethics among leading cadres is one of the important tasks.General Secretary Xi Jinping attached great importance to the cultivation of good political ethics among leading cadres and issued a series of important expositions on strengthening the building of political ethics among leading cadres.These important expositions are full of the wisdom of dialectical thinking,which is mainly embodied in adhering to the dialectical unity of historical inheritance and innovation and development,adhering to the dialectical unity of overall construction and highlighting key points,adhering to the dialectical unity of theoretical study and practice cultivation,adhering to the dialectical unity of party spirit cultivation and the people's standpoint,and adhering to the dialectical unity of self-discipline and self-examination and other discipline constraints.Studying and grasping these important expositions full of dialectical thinking will help to better grasp and promote the building of political ethics among leading cadres in the new era.
