摘  要:基于Fluent软件,在密炼室中间位置注入5000个无质量粒子(简称粒子),对轮胎胶料混炼进行数值模拟研究。结果表明:在胶料分散混合特性方面,填充因数为0.75时粒子混合指数最大,填充因数为0.65时粒子最大剪切应力累计分布最好;在胶料分布混合特性方面,填充因数为0.75时粒子平均拉伸长度(LOS)最大,群集分布指数(CDI)最小。综合得出,填充因数为0.75时胶料分散混合特性和分布混合特性最佳。Based on Fluent software,the numerical simulation research on tire compound mixing was conducted by injecting 5000 massless particles(referred to as particles)into the middle position of the mixing chamber.The results showed that in terms of dispersive mixing characteristics of the compound,the mixing index of particles was the largest when the filling coefficient was 0.75,and the cumulative distribution of the maximum shear stress of the particles was the best when the filling coefficient was 0.65.In terms of distributed mixing characteristics of the compound,the mean length of stretch(LOS)of particles was the largest and the cluster distribution index(CDI)was the smallest when the filling coefficient was 0.75.In summary,when the filling coefficient was 0.75,the dispersive and distributed mixing characteristics of the compound were optimal.
