摘　　要：盐酸溴己新(Bromhexine Hydrochloride)是一种经典的祛痰药。在人药领域,盐酸溴己新主要用于慢性支气管炎、哮喘等引起的粘痰不易咳出的患者。在兽药领域,目前广泛用于治疗伴随黏膜纤毛清除障碍和黏液产生的牛、猪、家禽、狗、猫等动物的呼吸系统疾病。盐酸溴己新具有易吸收、安全、可与抗生素配合使用等特点。本文围绕盐酸溴己新的作用机制、药代动力学、毒理学研究、临床研究现状展开充分的总结与归纳,为盐酸溴己新在兽药领域的基础研究以及临床应用等方面提供参考。Bromhexine hydrochloride is a classic expectorant.In the field of human medicine,bromhexine hydrochloride is mainly used for patients with sticky sputum caused by chronic bronchitis and asthma.In the field of veterinary medicine,it is widely used to treat respiratory diseases of cattle,pigs,poultry,dogs,cats and other animals with mucociliary clearance disorder and mucus production.Bromhexine hydrochloride is easy to absorb,safe and can be used with antibiotics.In this paper,the mechanism of action,pharmacokinetics,toxicology and clinical research of bromhexine hydrochloride were summarized,which could provide reference for basic research and clinical application of bromhexine hydrochloride in veterinary medicine.
