摘 要:采空区火灾是制约煤矿井下安全生产的主要因素之一。为揭示采空区火灾致灾因素间的权重关系,从人-机-环境-管理4个方面构建了相关评价体系,进而采用层次分析法(AHP)得到各指标的权重值,同时结合模糊综合评价法(FCE)对采空区火灾风险性进行了评估。结果表明:一级指标中,人员因素权重值最高,为0.4404,环境因素次之;二级指标中,隐患检查与排查因素权重值最高,为0.6232.应用上述方法和体系,以淮北矿业集团某矿为例,重点针对隐患检查与排查机制、预防煤的自然发火、矿工业务能力、井下作业设备的运行与检修等方面的井下火灾预防措施提出了进一步的改进建议。Gob fire is one of the main factors restricting the safety production in underground coal mine.In order to reveal the weight re-lationship among the disaster factors of the goaf fire,the relevant evaluation system was constructed from four aspects:man-machineenvironment-management,and then the weight value of each index was obtained by AHP.At the same time,the fire risk of the goaf was evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE).The results show that the weight value of human factor is the highest,which is 0.4404,followed by environmental factor.Among the secondary indexes,the weight of hidden danger inspection and trouble shooting factors is the highest,which is 0.6232.Using the above methods and systems,taking a mine of Huaibei Mining Group as an example,the paper focuses on the hidden danger inspection and investigation mechanism and the prevention of coal.Further improvement sugges-tions are put forward for underground fire prevention measures in aspects of spontaneous ignition,miners'operational ability,operation and maintenance of underground working equipment,etc.
