摘　　要：颞下颌关节(TMJ)疾病是临床常见疾病,患者数量众多,在病因、流行病学、疾病谱、治疗方式等方面尚存较多争议和未知。了解和掌握TMJ疾病发生发展和防治的现状,努力寻找病因、发病率、药物敏感性、预后等方面的规律,对于解决患者疾苦、深入开展医学研究、有效预防疾病和制订相应的卫生政策等均有重要促进作用。队列建设及研究对疾病的精准预防、诊治水平提高有不可替代的作用,开展大规模人群队列研究有助于深入认识TMJ疾病的暴露、发病与转归情况。本共识旨在搭建TMJ疾病队列建立的标准概念框架,为制订TMJ疾病队列数据标准提供思路。共识提出TMJ疾病队列数据由通用数据标准和疾病特异数据标准两部分构成,其中通用数据标准针对各专病队列均有涉及,包含可以统一标准的问题或研究变量,便于在整合不同专病队列资源的同时,可以在相同的定义和标准下开展长期随访,以利于更好地收集核心数据和规范开展TMJ疾病队列研究。Temporomandibular joint(TMJ)diseases are common clinical conditions.The number of patients with TMJ diseases is large,and the etiology,epidemiology,disease spectrum,and treatment of the disease remain controversial and unknown.To understand and master the current situation of the occurrence,development and prevention of TMJ diseases,as well as to identify the patterns in etiology,incidence,drug sensitivity,and prognosis is crucial for alleviating patients′suffering.This will facilitate in-depth medical research,effective disease prevention measures,and the formulation of corresponding health policies.Cohort construction and research has an irreplaceable role in precise disease prevention and significant improvement in diagnosis and treatment levels.Large-scale cohort studies are needed to explore the relationship between potential risk factors and outcomes of TMJ diseases,and to observe disease prognoses through long-term follw-ups.The consensus aims to establish a standard conceptual frame work for a cohort study on patients with TMJ disease while providing ideas for cohort data standards to this condition.TMJ disease cohort data consists of both common data standards applicable to all specific disease cohorts as well as disease-specific data standards.Common data were available for each specific disease cohort.By integrating different cohort research resources,standard problems or study variables can be unified.Long-term follow-up can be performed using consistent definitions and criteria across different projects for better core data collection.It is hoped that this consensus will be facilitate the development cohort studies of TMJ diseases.
