摘　　要：基于烧成系统热平衡,探析如何从提高冷却机热回收效率、减少系统表面散热、减少预热器出口(C1)废气及飞灰带走热三个主要方面采取相关措施,从而有效降低烧成热耗。Based on the thermal balance of the firing system,how to take relevant measures from three main aspects:improving the heat recovery efficiency of the cooler,reducing the heat dissipation on the surface of the system,and reducing the exhaust gas and fly ash away heat from the preheater outlet(C1),so as to effectively reduce the heat loss of firing.
