加筋土挡土墙施工技术控制要点与质量通病防治措施

摘　　要：以寿宁县第五中学搬迁建设项目作为研究对象分析加筋土挡土墙施工工艺流程,重点分析包括模块面板预制、基坑开挖、基础混凝土浇筑、模块面板安装、加筋带铺设、回填料填筑碾压以及分层回填土的加筋土挡土墙施工技术管理要求;并提出加筋土挡土墙的质量通病防控方法,避免建设项目出现加筋土挡土墙的质量通病问题。工程表明:该方法能够降低雨季积水对于挡土墙的压力,提高加筋土挡土墙体的排水性。Taking the relocation and construction project of the fifth middle school in Shouning County as the research object,the construction process of the reinforced soil retaining wall was analyzed,and the technical management requirements for the construction of the reinforced soil retaining wall including module panel prefabrication,foundation foundation pit excavation,foundation concrete pouring,module panel installation,reinforcement belt laying,backfill filling and rolling and layered backfill were analyzed.In addition,the prevention and control method of the quality of the reinforced soil retaining wall is proposed to avoid the common quality problem of the reinforced soil retaining wall in the construction project.The engineering results show that this method can reduce the pressure of water accumulation on the retaining wall in the rainy season and improve the drainage of the reinforced soil retaining wall.
