摘　　要：文中项目原为钢筋混凝土结构商贸城,地下部分为整体地下室,后因使用需求,在地下室顶板上新建一栋两层钢结构建筑,其中一层为钢框架结构,二层为门式刚架轻钢结构。通过所述工程的现场结构布置核查、结构工作状态核查、施工质量及性能检测及承载力验算分析的结果进而做出结构安全性等级的评级,可为类似工程提供参考与借鉴。The project mentioned in the article was originally a reinforced concrete structure trade city,and the underground part was an integral basement,and later due to the use of demand,a new two-story stel structure building was built on the basement roof,one of which was a steel frame structure,and the second floor was a portal rigid frame light steel structure.Through the results of the on-site structural layout investigation,structural working state verification,construction quality inspection and bearing capacity verification and analysis of the project,the rating of the structural safety grade is made,which can provide reference and reference for similar projects.
