摘　　要：房屋建筑是一种较为复杂的工程,其涉及多个主体、多种材料、多项技术。同时,房屋建筑项目中的精装修工程是直观展示建设成果的重要内容,常受到社会各界的高度关注。对于建设单位而言,房建项目中的精装修工程管理难度大、技术要求高,给项目管理工作带来一定挑战。鉴于此,文章从房建项目中精装修工程管理的常见问题入手,并在此基础上对精装修工程管理的制度与组织、设计、施工、交付管理等多个方面进行了分析,旨在帮助相关企业更好地开展房建项目精装修工程的管理工作,为持续提高精装修工程管理质量提供有益参考。Housing construction is a relatively complex project,which involves multiple subjects,a variety of materials,and a variety of technologies.At the same time,the fine decoration project in the housing construction project is an important content to visually display the construction results,so it often receives great attention from all walks of life.For the construction unit,the management of fine decoration projects in housing construction projects is difficult and the technical requirements are high,which often troubles managers.In view of this,this paper starts from the common problems of fine decoration project management in housing construction projects,and on this basis,analyzes the system,organization,planning,process management and other aspects of fine decoration project management,aiming to help relevant enterprises better carry out the management of fine decoration projects of housing construction projects,and provide some useful references for them to continuously improve the quality of fine decoration project management.
