摘　　要：文章分析施工企业预算管理中存在的问题,提出了解决方法,通过以上方法和措施,持续改进和完善施工企业预算管理工作,真正发挥其在施工企业建设项目中应有的作用。According to the management practice,the problems existing in the budget management of construction enterprises are analyzed,and solutions are proposed,so as to improve and perfect the budget management of construction enterprises through the above methods and measures,and truly play its due role in the construction projects of construction enterprises.
