摘 要:因软弱岩层自身物理力学性质较差,易造成矿井巷道冒顶事故,对矿井安全生产造成威胁。为解决嵩县山金金矿的巷道冒顶问题,对该矿松软岩巷的冒顶机理进行了分析,并提出了一种袋式充填支护方案。通过对充填材料各项指标性能进行研究,确定了发泡充填材料的最佳配比,制定了袋式充填的工艺流程。此巷道支护方案在实际应用中取得了良好的支护效果,有效解决了嵩县山金金矿的巷道冒顶问题,可为类似条件的矿山支护提供借鉴。Due to the poor physical and mechanical properties of weak rock strata, it is easy to cause roof fall accidents in mine roadways, which poses a threat to mine safety production. In order to solve the problem of roof fall in Songxian Shanjin Gold Mine, the roof fall mechanism of the weak rock roadway in the mine was analyzed, and a bag filling support scheme was proposed. Through the study of the performance of each index of the filling material, the optimal ratio of the foamed filling material was determined, and the process flow of the bag filling was formulated. This roadway support scheme has achieved good support effect in practical application, effectively solved the problem of roadway roof fall in Songxian Shanjin Gold Mine, and can provide reference for mine support under similar conditions.
