摘 要:细粒级镜铁矿的常规强磁选别指标不佳,回转窑磁化焙烧—磁选是处理此类矿石的有效方法。对细粒级镜铁矿磁化焙烧产品的选别流程进行了优化研究,考察了焙烧矿干式抛尾、两段磨矿—磁选流程、一段磨矿—磁选流程和一段磨矿—粗细分级—磁选流程对精矿指标的影响。对焙烧矿通过一段磨矿—粗选—扫选流程试验,最终得到TFe含量为53.82%、Fe回收率为87.09%的铁精矿;精矿中+0.038 mm粒级产品的TFe含量超过55%,-0.038 mm粒级产品的TFe含量为51.98%,有必要增加细筛分级,并对筛下产品进行精选。最终推荐的流程为一段磨矿—粗选—扫选—粗细分级—精选,粗选磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占85.00%,磁场强度为0.09 T,扫选磁场强度为0.11 T,筛分采用孔径为0.038 mm的细筛,筛下产品精选的磁场强度为0.06 T,最终得到精矿TFe含量为56.16%、Fe回收率为85.84%的较好指标。该选别流程为细粒级镜铁矿磁化焙烧—磁选高效回收提供了技术参考。The conventional high-intensity magnetic separation index of fine-grained specularite is not good,rotary kiln magnetizing roasting-magnetic separation is an effective method for treating such ores.The separation process for magnetizing roasting products of fine-grained specularite was optimized,and the effects of dry discarding,two-stage grinding-magnetic separation process,one-stage grinding-magnetic separation process and one-stage grinding-coarse and fine classification-magnetic separation process of roasted ore on concentrate indexes were investigated.The results show that the concentrate with TFe grade of 53.82%and Fe recovery of 87.09%is finally obtained by one-stage grinding-roughing-scavenging process test of roasted ore.In the concentrate product,the TFe grade of+0.038 mm fraction is more than 55%,and the TFe grade of-0.038 mm fraction is only 51.98%.It is necessary to increase the fine screen classification and cleaning on the undersize products.The final recommended process is one-stage grinding-roughing-scavenging-coarse and fine classification-cleaning.The grinding fineness of roughing is-0.074 mm,accounting for 85.00%.The magnetic field intensity is 0.09 T,and the magnetic field intensity of scavenging is 0.11 T.The fine screen with an aperture of 0.038 mm is used for screening,and cleaning magnetic field of 0.06 T for undersize products.Finally,the concentrate with TFe grade of 56.16%and Fe recovery of 85.84%is obtained.The separation process provides a technical reference for the efficient recovery of fine-grained specularite by magnetizing roasting-magnetic separation.
