摘 要:气化渣是煤高温气化过程中产生的含碳废渣,目前残炭主要以浮选的方式回收。针对因残炭比表面积大导致的浮选药剂耗量大的问题,通过采用传统捕收剂柴油复配机油等添加剂并搅拌乳化的方式,研究了不同乳化条件对乳化柴油稳定性和粒径的影响规律。结果发现:乳化柴油粒径与乳化条件关系密切;复配机油有利于降低乳化液粒径,且乳化柴油粒径越小,药剂稳定性越高;当乳化剂亲水亲油平衡值(HLB)为6,m(柴油)∶m(乳化剂)∶m(机油)∶m(水)=10∶0.75∶0.6∶20、搅拌转速为1800 r/min、搅拌时间为40 min时,所得乳化柴油为水包油型乳化液,且乳液粒径较小,其中D_(50)为3.19μm、D_(90)为61.50μm。浮选试验表明,乳化柴油的捕收能力更强且浮选速度要高于柴油,在可燃体回收率相同时,通过柴油乳化可以节油40%以上,这对于加强能源资源的节约和减少碳排放具有重要意义。Gasification slag is a carbon-containing waste residue produced during high-temperature gasification of coal.At present,the residual carbon is mainly recovered by flotation.In order to solve the problem of large consumption of flotation reagents due to the large specific surface area of residual carbon,the effects of different emulsification conditions on the stability and particle size of emulsified diesel oil were studied by using traditional collector diesel to compound oil and other additives and stirring emulsification.The results show that the particle size of emulsified diesel oil is closely related to the emulsification conditions.The compound engine oil is beneficial to reduce the particle size of the emulsion,and the smaller the particle size of the emulsified diesel oil,the higher the stability of the agent.When the HLB value of emulsifier is 6,m(diesel)∶m(emulsifier)∶m(oil)∶m(water)=10∶0.75∶0.6∶20,stirring speed is 1800 r/min,and the stirring time is 40 min,the obtained emulsified diesel oil is an oil-in-water emulsion,and the particle size of the emulsion is small,of which D_(50)is 3.19μm and D_(90)is 61.50μm.Flotation experiments show that emulsified diesel has stronger collecting ability and higher flotation speed than diesel.When the recovery rate of combustibles is the same,more than 40%of oil can be saved through diesel emulsification,which is of great significance for strengthening energy resource conservation and reducing carbon emissions.
