摘  要:为研究缺磷对益母草幼苗叶片的影响,以益母草幼苗叶片为试验材料,观察了不同磷浓度(0、0.05、0.1、0.5 mmol/L)处理下益母草幼苗叶片生理指标的变化。结果显示,0.5 mmol/L磷浓度最适于益母草幼苗的生长,磷浓度低于0.5 mmol/L时,随缺磷程度的加深,益母草幼苗的株高、叶片宽度逐渐减小,光合特性受到抑制,含水量、渗透保护物质含量、膜透性、活性氧含量和抗氧化酶活性均逐渐增加。表明缺磷会抑制益母草幼苗叶片的生长,并对幼苗叶片产生渗透胁迫,益母草幼苗叶片可能通过合成渗透保护物质调节渗透压,并通过抗氧化酶清除活性氧。To study the effects of phosphorus deficiency on the leaves of Leonurus japonicus seedlings,the physiological indexes of leaves of L.japonicus seedlings were observed under different concentrations of phosphorus(0,0.05,0.1,0.5 mmol/L).The results suggest that 0.5 mmol/L phosphorus was best for the growth of L.japonicus seedlings.When phosphorus concentration was lower than 0.5 mmol/L,plant height and leaf width of L.japonicus seedlings gradually decreased,photosynthetic characteristics were inhibited,water content,osmotic protective substance content,membrane permeability,active oxygen content and antioxidant enzyme activity were gradually increased with the depth of phosphorus deficiency.Phosphorous deficiency could inhibit the growth of L.japonicus seedlings and induce osmotic stress on the leaves.The leaves of L.japonicus seedlings may regulate osmotic pressure by synthesizing osmotic protective substances and clear reactive oxygen species by antioxidant enzymes.
