摘 要:本文选取常见的松树林、松阔混交林和杂木林三种不同森林类型,对其种植榆黄菇三年后的土壤碳进行相关性分析。结果表明,松树林、松阔混交林和杂木林的有机碳(SOC)含量表层土为深层土的159.51%、193.77%和198.25%,而松树林的浅层土是松阔混交林和杂木林的42.56%和50.87%,深层土分别为51.70%和63.23%。松树林、松阔混交林和杂木林三种森林类型种植榆黄菇后,SOC、可溶性碳(DOC)、微生物呼吸、淀粉酶和纤维素酶活性在浅层(0~10cm)显著高于深层(10~20 cm)。微生物碳(MBC)在松树林和松阔混交林浅层土的含量基本一致,松树林是松阔混交林的104.65%;深层MBC是浅层的46.64%。松树林和松阔混交林均显著低于杂木林,深层差距至少在1.2倍以上,浅层则是1.5倍以上。SOC、DOC、MBC、微生物CO_(2)和土壤脲酶,土壤淀粉酶和纤维素酶活性之间呈显著相关性。This study selected pine forest,mixed pine and broad-leaved forest,and mixed forest,and conducted correlation analysis on soil carbon after three years of planting Ulmus chinensis.The results showed that the organic carbon(SOC)content in the surface soil of pine forests,mixed forests of pine and broad-leaved trees,and mixed forests was 159.51%,193.77%,and 198.25%of that in the deep soil,while the shallow soil of pine forests was 42.56%and 50.87%of that in mixed forests of pine and broad-leaved trees and mixed forests,and the deep soil was 51.70%and 63.23%,respectively.After planting Ulmus ostreatus in pine forest,pine broadleaf mixed forest,and mixed forest,SOC,soluble carbon(DOC),microbial respiration,amylase and cellulase activities were significantly higher in the shallow layer(0-10 cm)than in the deep layer(10-20 cm).The content of microbial carbon(MBC)in the shallow soil of pine forests and mixed forests was basically the same,with pine forests accounting for 104.65%of mixed forests.Deep MBC was 46.64%of shallow MBC.Both pine forests and mixed pine forests were significantly lower than mixed forests,with a difference of at least 1.2 times in the deep layer and 1.5 times in the shallow layer.There was a significant correlation between SOC,DOC,MBC,microbial CO_(2)and soil urease,soil amylase and cellulase activities.
