祛风活血止痛方联合布洛芬片对原发性痛经的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察祛风活血止痛方联合布洛芬对原发性痛经患者的治疗效果。方法将2022年1月至2023年1月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院84例确诊为原发性痛经的病例随机分为对照组、试验组各42例,对照组予以布洛芬口服治疗,试验组予以布洛芬+祛风活血止痛方口服治疗。两组于治疗3个月后评价临床疗效,通过观察中医证候积分、CMSS痛经症状量表评分、VAS疼痛评分及SF-36量表生活质量评分的变化对两组治疗后整体症状、疼痛和生活质量的改善状况进行评价,ELISA检测两组治疗前后血清中前列腺素F_(2α)(PGF_(2α))及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平的变化。结果两组治疗前各指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,试验组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组中医证候积分、CMSS评分、VAS评分均降低,SF-36评分提升(P<0.05),血清中PGF_(2α)及hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α的水平下降(P<0.05);组间比较,试验组治疗后中医证候积分、CMSS评分、VAS评分及血清PGF_(2α)、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论祛风活血止痛方联合布洛芬对原发性痛经治疗效果良好,可缓解患者痛经程度,改善相关不适症状,提高布洛芬疗效,其作用机制可能与降低血清炎症因子的分泌、调节前列腺代谢物水平相关。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qufeng Huoxue Zhitong Recipe combined with ibuprofen on primary dysmenorrhea patients.Methods 84 cases diagnosed with primary dysmenorrhea in First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given ibuprofen orally,and the experimental group was given ibuprofen+Qufeng Huoxue Zhitong Recipe orally.Evaluated the clinical efficacy of patients of two groups after 3 months of treatment.The overall improvement of symptoms,pain,and quality of life in both groups after treatment were evaluated by observing the changes in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,CMSS dysmenorrhea symptom scale scores,VAS pain score,and SF-36 quality of life score.Serum prostaglandin F_(2α)(PGF_(2α)),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)were detected by ELISA before and after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference in all indicators between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,CMSS score,and VAS score of both groups were significantly reduced,while the SF-36 score was significantly improved(P<0.05).Serum levels of PGF_(2α)and hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-αdecreased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,CMSS score,VAS score and serum PGF_(2α),hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-αlevels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,SF-36 score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qufeng Huoxue Zhitong Recipe has a good therapeutic effect on primary dysmenorrhea,which can alleviate the degree of dysmenorrhea,improve related
