子午流注开穴联合生乳灵口服液治疗产后缺乳的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析子午流注开穴联合生乳灵口服液治疗产后缺乳的临床疗效及乳房充盈程度。方法选取衡水市人民医院产科2020年11月至2022年11月接诊的120例产后缺乳患者,根据治疗方法将其分为两组,每组60例。对照组接受生乳灵口服液治疗,观察组接受生乳灵口服液和子午流注开穴治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、泌乳评分、乳房充盈程度评分、配方奶粉补充量、血清泌乳素(PRL)、纯母乳喂养率、不良反应总发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(76.67%)(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后乳汁减少、乳汁稀薄、乳房柔软、面色少华积分、配方奶粉补充量均低于对照组,泌乳评分、乳房充盈程度评分、血清PRL,治疗7~14 d、14~21 d纯母乳喂养率(56.00%、58.33%)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率(5.00%)与对照组(8.33%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子午流注开穴联合生乳灵口服液可有效增加产后缺乳患者乳汁分泌量,改善乳房充盈程度,刺激血清PRL分泌,提高纯母乳喂养率,且联合治疗未引发严重不良反应,具有一定的安全性。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and breast fullness of Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture combined with Shengruling oral liquid in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 120 postpartum hypogalactia patients admitted to the Obstetrics Department of Hengshui People's Hospital from November 2020 to November 2022.According to treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with Shengruling oral liquid,while the observation group received acupuncture treatment with Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,lactation score,breast fallness degree score,formula milk supplementation amount,serum prolactin(PRL),exclusive breastfeeding rate,and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of control group(76.67%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of reduced milk,thin milk,soft breast and pale face,and the supplementation of formula milk powder in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the lactation score and breast fullness score,serum PRL,exclusive breast feeding rate(56.00%,58.33%)at 7~14 days and 14~21 days of treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(5.00%)showed no statistically significant difference compared to the control group(8.33%)(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture and Shengruling oral liquid can effectively increase the milk secretion of postpartum hypogalactia patients,improve the degree of breast fullness,stimulate serum PRL secretion,and improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding,and the combined treatment does not cause serious adverse reactions,so it has a certain safety.
