汉长安城霸城门外道路与陶窑清理简报  

Brief Report on the Excavation of the Road and Pottery Kilns outside the Ba Gate of the Han Chang'an City Site

摘　　要：汉长安城每面城墙上有3座城门,东城墙南部的城门是霸城门。通过对霸城门外大道北半部的清理,了解到道路沿用时间较长,可分为三层,下层道路约当秦、西汉时期,中层道路可能在新莽至魏晋之间,上层道路为北朝时期;不同时期道路的北侧均设有路沟;经测量,道路整体上是北高南低,路沟底部则是西高东低。这是在汉长安城周边首次清理出城门外侧道路遗迹,为研究秦汉至北朝时期霸城门及其内外的道路交通情况提供了新资料。另外,在霸城门外道路以北清理了5座隋代窑址,出土了一批砖、板瓦、瓦当等建筑材料,为北朝至隋唐时期砖瓦比较研究增添了一批重要资料。There were three gates on each side of the city wall of the Han Chang'an city.The Ba Gate was the south gate along the east wall.Through excavation of the northern half of the avenue outside the Ba Gate,it was learned that the road had been in use for an extended period and could be divided into three layers.The lower layer of the road likely dates to the Qin and Western Han periods,the middle layer may have been established between the Xinmang and Wei and Jin periods,and the upper layer corresponds to the Northern Dynasties period.Throughout different periods,drainage ditches were consistently built on the northern side.Measurements indicate an overall elevation from north to south,with the bottom of the ditches displaying a west-high,eastlow orientation.This is the first comprehensive revelation of the road remains outside the city gates in the Han Chang'an city,providing new material for the study of the road system both inside and outside the Ba Gate from the Qin and Han all the way through the Northern Dynasties periods.Additionally,five Sui Dynasty kiln sites were unearthed north of the road outside the Ba Gate,yielding a large number of bricks,plate tiles,tile ends and other construction materials,thereby contributing valuable data for comparative research on bricks and tiles from the Northern Dynasties to the Sui and Tang periods.
