低温锻炼持续时间对菜用甘薯幼苗耐寒生理特性的影响

摘  要:以菜用甘薯品种福菜薯18为材料,在昼夜条件15℃/12℃下分别锻炼24、48和72 h,然后在昼夜条件8℃/5℃下进行低温胁迫处理,于胁迫0、24、48和72 h后恢复常温48 h,再次低温胁迫48 h取幼苗倒3~5叶片测定抗氧化酶、渗透调解物和膜脂过氧化、耐寒生理特性指标,考察不同低温锻炼时间对菜用甘薯耐寒性的影响。结果表明,随着低温胁迫时间延长,各低温锻炼处理叶片超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶活性呈逐渐增加趋势,可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量虽有起伏,但较对照(CK)变化幅度较平缓;低温胁迫期间,各低温锻炼处理丙二醛含量逐渐减少,CK则随胁迫时间延长而逐渐增加;低温锻炼苗耐寒能力并未随温度恢复而丧失,并在其再次低温胁迫中表现出来;通过分析可知,低温锻炼与低温胁迫两因素之间存在显著交互作用,耐寒性在两因素分段互作下共同诱导了耐寒性提升。Using Fucaishu 18,a vegetable sweet potato variety,as the material,it was treated for 24,48,and 72 hours at 15℃ and 12℃,respectively,before applying a low-temperature stress treatment at 8℃/5℃.The physiological characteristics of antioxidant enzymes,osmotic mediators,membrane lipid peroxidation,and cold resistance were determined after stress 0,24,48,and 72 h after stress,as well as the restoration of room temperature 48,48,and 48 h again low-temperature stress.These data were used to examine the effects of various low-temperature acclimation times on the cold tolerance of sweet potatoes.The results showed that with the extension of the low-temperature stress time,the SOD and POD activities of the low-temperature acclimation leaves gradually increased.Although the contents of soluble protein and soluble sugar fluctuated,the change range was relatively smoother than CK.During the low-temperature stress period,the MDA content of each low-temperature acclimation treatment was gradually decreased,and CK gradually increased with the extension of the stressed time.It was observed that there was a significant interaction between low-temperature acclimation and low-temperature stress,and that the two factors jointly induced an improvement in cold resistance.The analysis showed that there was a significant interaction between low temperature exercise and low temperature stress,and cold tolerance jointly induced the improvement of cold tolerance under the piecewise interaction of the two factors.
