贵州寒武系凯里组卢氏中国始海百合骨片微观结构研究

摘  要:始海百合是海蕾亚门棘皮动物中最古老的类群,这一类群在形态结构上与有柄亚门(Pelmatozoa)的海百合有诸多相似,目前对于始海百合腕枝结构的研究主要集中在宏观结构层面,而对腕枝骨片微观结构(Stereom)的研究较少。本文基于现代棘皮动物骨片微观结构和填充软组织的性质之间的普遍联系,通过扫描电子显微镜及阴极发光显微镜所采集的图像揭示了始海百合腕枝及萼板的骨片微观结构。研究发现始海百合萼板由粗糙的迷宫状骨骼组成,而腕枝盖板主要由廊状骨骼构成;底板则由迷宫状骨骼以及腕枝骨板缝隙间的廊状骨骼构成;结合现生棘皮动物结构及前人研究,笔者推测廊状骨骼是胶原组织的附着区域,从而揭示出卢氏中国始海百合(Sinoeocrinus lui)的腕枝关节面之间可能附着有胶原组织,进而影响腕枝的运动能力。这些结果证明,骨片微观结构研究对于还原棘皮动物已灭绝类群的身体结构具有重要作用,并为Sinoeocrinus lui的生活方式提供了新的见解。Eocrinoids are the oldest class within the subphylum Blastozoa of the echinoderms,and they share many morphological similarities with the stalked crinoids(Pelmatozoa).Current research on the eocrinoid brachioles structure primarily focuses on the macroscopic level,with less study on the microscopic structure(stereom)of the brachioles.This paper,based on the general relationship between the microstructure of recent echinoderm ossicles stereom and the properties of embedded soft tissues,uses images from scanning electron microscopy and cathodo-luminescence microscopy to reveal the microstructure of the eocrinoid brachiole and the theca ossicles.The study finds that the theca of eocrinoid plates composed of coarse meshwork labyrinthic stereom,and the cover plates of the brachioles are primarily composed of the galleried stereom,while the floor plates consist of the labyrinthic stereom and galleried stereom between the brachiolar ossicle gaps.The galleried stereom are believed to be attachment areas for collagen tissues,combined with recent echinoderm structure and previous studies,suggesting that collagen tissue may be attached between the articular facets of Sinoeocrinus lui brachioles,and potentially influences their mobility.These results demonstrate that the study of the stereom plays an important role in reconstructing the body structures of the extinct echinoderm groups and offers new insights into the lifestyle of Sinoeocrinus lui.
