基于“阴阳互根”理论探讨慢性心力衰竭的中医药治疗

摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭为临床心血管疾病重症之一,患病后将对患者心脏收缩及舒张功能产生影响,影响心脏射血功能,致使心脏排血量难以满足机体正常需求,而出现心肌功能受损、心脏组织结构变化等病理状态。根据其症状特点,中医上可归属于“心悸”“喘症”的范畴。中医学在相关诊治方面经验丰富,多层次研究上取得一定成效。然而,临床上医家重视振奋心阳、补益心气常忽略心衰患者的阴虚之象。而阴阳互根互用,兼顾阴津实是心阳得复的前提。面对心阴亏虚的心衰患者,治疗上应重视调整机体的阴阳平衡,阴中求阳,恢复心脏气化功能,以改善病人的远期预后,提高生活质量。施今墨、周仲瑛、邓铁涛等国医大师在相关治疗方面经验丰富,其学术思想对现代年轻的中医学子而言是极其珍贵的理论指导。Chronic heart failure is one of the most serious clinical cardiovascular diseases.After the disease occurs,it will affect the patient’s heart contraction and relaxation function,affect the heart’s ejection function,make it difficult for the heart to discharge blood to meet the body’s normal needs,and cause pathological conditions such as myocardial dysfunction and changes in cardiac tissue structure.According to its symptom characteristics,it can be classified as“palpitations”and“asthma”in traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine has rich experience in related diagnosis and treatment,and has achieved certain results in multi-level research.However,in clinical practice,doctors pay attention to invigorating the heart Yang and replenishing the heart Qi,but often ignore the Yin deficiency of heart failure patients.The mutual roots and mutual use of Yin and Yang,and taking into account the yin and fluid are the prerequisites for the recovery of heart yang.In the face of heart failure patients with heart Yin deficiency,treatment should focus on adjusting the body’s Yin and Yang balance,seeking Yang in Yin,and restoring the heart’s Qi transformation function,so as to improve the patient’s long-term prognosis and improve the quality of life.SHI Jinmo,ZHOU Zhongying,DENG Tietao and other national medical masters have rich experience in related treatments,and their academic thoughts are extremely valuable theoretical guidance for modern young students of traditional Chinese medicine.
