海派中医用药轻灵探析

摘　　要：海派中医因其特殊的地域文化因素形成了独到的用药特点,其最显著的特征是用药轻灵。用药轻灵的理念在立法上讲求轻清灵活,注重顾护脾胃;在处方上讲求药性轻和,剂量允当,剂型灵活,药汁清澈,在处方同时还需兼顾患者心理疏导治疗;在用药上,一则善用花类药物,花药具有芳香化浊,解郁醒脾,调畅气血的共性,二则药物配伍和炮制灵活妥帖,与立法处方丝丝入扣。深入挖掘用药轻灵的内涵对当下中医的传承和发展具有一定的指导意义。Due to its special regional cultural factors,Shanghai-style Chinese medicine has formed unique characteristics of drug use,and its most notable feature is the light and flexible use of drugs.The concept of light and flexible use of drugs emphasizes lightness,flexibility and protection of the spleen and stomach in legislation;emphasizes light and mild medicinal properties,appropriate dosage,flexible dosage form,clear medicinal juice,and psychological counseling and treatment of patients in prescription;in drug use,firstly,flower drugs are used well,and flower drugs have the common characteristics of aromatic turbidity,relieving depression and invigorating the spleen,and regulating Qi and blood;secondly,the drug compatibility and preparation are flexible and appropriate,which is in line with the legislative prescription.In-depth exploration of the connotation of light and flexible use of drugs has certain guiding significance for the inheritance and development of current Chinese medicine.
