摘　　要：粉刺性乳痈作为一种难愈性的慢性乳房疾病,其创面经久难愈,分为肿块期、脓肿期、瘘管恢复期。刘丽芳教授长期从事乳腺疾病临床研究工作,临床诊治粉刺性乳痈中擅长使用黄芪,认为其作为疮家圣药,发挥了消肿解郁、提脓去腐、益气生肌的作用,可贯穿于整个疾病阶段,疗效颇佳。文章总结了刘教授在治疗粉刺性乳痈中各阶段特点及各阶段中黄芪所发挥的作用及其用量、配伍、炮制之差异,以为粉刺性乳痈临证参考。Acne mastitis is a chronic breast disease that is difficult to heal.Its wounds are difficult to heal for a long time and are divided into the mass stage,abscess stage,and fistula recovery stage.Professor LIU Lifang has been engaged in clinical research on breast diseases for a long time.She is good at using Astragalus in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acne mastitis.She believes that as a holy medicine for sores,it plays the role of reducing swelling and relieving depression,removing pus and rot,and replenishing Qi and promoting muscle growth.It can be used throughout the entire disease stage with good efficacy.This article summarizes the characteristics of each stage in Professor LIU Lifang’s treatment of acne mastitis,the role of Astragalus in each stage,and the differences in dosage,compatibility,and processing,for the reference of acne mastitis clinical practice.
