《女科指要》崩漏的用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:应用数据挖掘方法分析《女科指要》崩漏的组方用药规律,为临床治疗崩漏提供参考。方法:收集《女科指要》崩漏篇的所有内服方剂,应用Excel2021统计单味中药的使用频数及性味归经,SPSS Modeler 18.0进行药物关联规则分析,SPSS Statistics 26.0对使用频次≥3次的高频药物进行系统聚类分析。结果:纳入46首内服方剂,涉及99味中药,累计用药310次,其中使用频次较高的中药依次是当归(29次,9.40%)、白芍(18次,5.80%)、熟地黄(14次,4.50%),药性以温(37次,43.02%)、寒(22次,25.58%)为主,药味以甘(40次,27.78%)、辛(39次,27.08%)、苦(37次,25.69%)为主,归经以肝经(45次,20.09%)、肾经(36次,16.07%)、脾经(35次,15.62%)较为常用。基于关联规则分析得出置信度≥60.0%且支持度≥15.0%的核心药物组合共30组,以白芍—当归(18次)为主。高频药物系统聚类分析共得出10组核心药物组方。结论:《女科指要》治疗崩漏中以“女子以血为本”等理论,围绕肝脾肾论治,多用四物汤四味主药,气血阴阳并补。Objective To analyze the prescription usage law of ectopic leakage in Female Science Guideline by using data mining method,and provide reference for clinical treatment of ectopic leakage.Methods All the oral prescriptions in the ectopic leakage section of Female Science Guideline were collected,and the usage frequency and meridian attribution of single herb were statistically analyzed by Excel2021.The drug association rules were analyzed by SPSS Modeler 18.0,and the high-frequency drugs with usage frequency≥3 times were systematically clustered by SPSS Statistics 26.0.Results 46 oral prescriptions were included,involving 99 herbs,with a total of 310 medication times.The herbs with higher usage frequency were angelica(29 times,9.40%),white peony(18 times,5.80%),and rehmannia(14 times,4.50%),with the main medicinal properties of warm(37 times,43.02%),cold(22 times,25.58%),the main flavors of sweet(40 times,27.78%),spicy(39 times,27.08%),and bitter(37 times,25.69%),and the main meridians of liver meridian(45 times,20.09%),kidney meridian(36 times,16.07%),and spleen meridian(35 times,15.62%).Based on the association rule analysis,30 core drug combinations with confidence≥60.0%and support≥15.0%were obtained,mainly white peony-angelica(18 times).A total of 10 core drug combinations were obtained by the high-frequency drug system cluster analysis.Conclusions In the treatment of ectopic bleeding in Female Science Guideline,the theory of“women take blood as the basic”,and the treatment centering on liver,spleen and kidney,the four herbs of Siwu decoction were used,and Qi,blood,yin and yang were supplemented.
