基于“提壶揭盖”理论揿针联合耳穴治疗良性前列腺增生症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于“提壶揭盖”理论揿针联合耳穴治疗良性前列腺增生症疗效。方法:选取2022年10月-2023年12月在该院就诊的良性前列腺增生症患者100例,随机分为对照组、治疗组,各50例。对照组予以非那雄胺治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上揿针联合耳穴治疗。对比两组临床疗效、IPSS评分、QoL评分、中医症候主症积分和次症积分、安全性评价。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组临床总有效率98.00%更高(P<0.05),IPSS评分、QoL评分、中医症候主症积分和次症积分均更低(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较,P>0.05。结论:基于“提壶揭盖”理论揿针联合耳穴治疗良性前列腺增生症具有良好的疗效和安全性,可作为一种有效的辅助治疗方法。Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with auricular points in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia based on the theory of“lifting pot and uncovering”.Methods:A total of 100 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital from October 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 50 cases in both.The control group was given finasteride,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with auricular points on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,IPSS score,QoL score,TCM main symptom score and secondary symptom score and safety evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 98.00%higher(P<0.05),the IPSS score,QoL score,TCM syndrome main and secondary scores were lower(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and auricular points based on the theory of“lifting pot and uncovering”has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia,and can be used as an effective auxiliary treatment.
