早发性卵巢功能不全病因及针灸作用机制的研究概况

摘　　要：早发性卵巢功能不全(premature ovarianinsufficiency,POI)是指女性在40岁以前出现卵巢活动减退的现象,导致女性月经紊乱,提早出现绝经期表现,从而使女性生育力显著下降,同时也增加了全身各系统与此相关疾病的发生率。POI病因复杂多样,包括遗传、免疫、医源性、感染等。中医传统针灸能通过调节生殖内分泌水平、调节下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能、调节免疫或氧化应激损害或改善卵巢微循环,从而达到保护卵巢的作用。文章就POI病因及针刺作用机制进行综述,以期为针灸在临床上更广泛应用于治疗POI提供新思路。Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)refers to the phenomenon of ovarian hypoactivity in women before the age of 40,which leads to menstrual disorders and early menopause,which significantly reduces female fertility and increases the incidence of related diseases in various systems.The causes of POI are complex and diverse,including genetics,immunity,iatrogenicity,infection,etc.Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture can protect the ovaries by regulating reproductive endocrine levels,regulating the function of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis,regulating immune or oxidative stress damage or improving ovarian micro circulation.This article reviews the causes of POI and the mechanism of acupuncture action,in order to provide new ideas for the wider application of acupuncture in the treatment of POI in clinical practice.
