摘 要:针对黄淮海地区大豆玉米带状复合种植复式作业程度低的问题,设计大豆玉米带状复合种植一体化耕播机,一次作业可完成施肥、双轴旋耕、播种、开沟、覆土、镇压、施药等工序。设计整机传动系统、双轴旋耕装置、大豆玉米同步播种控制系统;采用RecurDyn软件模拟仿真电机驱动排种过程,得到排种电机需要的最大扭矩为6.6 N·m,改善同步控制系统的硬件选型;搭建样机并开展田间试验。结果表明,该机具的旋耕作业质量、开沟作业质量与大豆玉米播种等试验指标均符合相关标准的要求。Aiming at the problem of low integration of the planting machine for soybean-maize belt composite planting in the Huang Huai Hai Region,an integrated tillage and seeding machine for soybean and maize belt composite planting is designed which can complete processes such as fertilization,biaxial rotary tillage,seeding,trenching,soil covering,compaction,and pesticide application in one operation.The mechanical transmission of the whole machine,the dual-axis rotary tillage and the soybean and maize synchronous seeding control system are designed.The seeding process driven by the motor is simulated by using RecurDyn software,and the maximum torque required for the seeding motor is determined to be 6.6 N·m and the hardware selection of synchronous control system is improved.A prototype is developed and field experiments are conducted.The result shows that the quality of rotary tillage operation,trenching operation,and soybean and corn sowing test indicators all meet the relevant standard requirements.
