生育动机与母亲抑郁的关系:配偶无效回应和情绪调节自我效能感的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:考察生育动机对母亲抑郁的影响以及配偶无效回应和情绪调节自我效能感的中介作用。方法:采用女性生育动机量表、患者健康问卷(PHQ-9)、配偶无效回应量表以及情绪调节自我效能感量表,对武汉市某区妇幼保健院453名母亲进行调查。结果:女性生育动机的不同维度对母亲抑郁水平具有不同的影响,现实利弊动机越高,母亲的抑郁水平也显著更高,生育动机为成长体验的女性,其抑郁风险显著更低。配偶无效回应在现实利弊生育动机和母亲抑郁之间的单独中介作用显著,配偶无效回应和情绪调节自我效能感在成长体验生育动机和母亲抑郁之间的单独中介作用和链式中介作用均显著。结论:生育的成长体验动机能降低配偶无效回应,提高女性情绪调节自我效能感,进而降低母亲抑郁风险。Objective:To investigate the relationship between fertility motivation and maternal depression and explore the mediating effect of invalidating responses to spousal negative emotions and self-efficacy of emotional regulation.Methods:A total of 453 mothers were recruited from one health center for women and children in Wuhan.They completed the female fertility motivation scale,PHQ-9,invalidating environment scale and emotional self-efficacy beliefs scale.Results:Different dimensions of women's fertility motivation had different effects on their levels of depression.The actual pros and cons motivation were significantly positively correlated with maternal depression,and mothers who value growth experience had a significantly lower risk of depression.Spousal invalidating responses had a significant mediating effect between practical pros and cons fertility motivation and maternal depression,and both spousal invalidation and emotional regulation selfefficacy had significant individual and serial mediating effects between growth experience fertility motivation and maternal depression.Conclusion:Internal motivation for childbirth is one of the important factors to prevent mothers from the risk of maternal depression,which can reduce spousal invalidating responses and increase mothers'emotional regulation self-efficacy,thereby reducing the risk of maternal depression.
