摘 要:目的:检验多维教师管教量表(dimensions of teacher discipline inventory,DTDI)在大学生群体中的信、效度。方法:对北京市、河北省、山东省各一所高校共1191名学生施测。以师生关系问卷、学校态度问卷、大学生心理健康状况问卷为效标工具,检验其效标关联效度。间隔三周抽取190名学生进行重测。结果:验证性因素分析结果表明,在大学生群体中原量表的五因子结构(教师非惩罚性管教、心理攻击、处罚、体罚和隔离)拟合良好,28个条目的标准化载荷在0.52~0.82之间。教师心理攻击、处罚、体罚和隔离等惩罚性管教均与师生亲密性、学校喜欢呈显著负相关(r=-0.16~-0.30,P<0.001),与师生冲突性、学校回避和焦虑、抑郁及敌对行为倾向呈显著正相关(r=0.18~0.50,P<0.001);教师非惩罚性管教与师生亲密性、学校喜欢呈显著正相关(r=0.13~0.20,P<0.001),与师生冲突性、学校回避和焦虑、抑郁及敌对行为倾向的相关性较弱但仍显著(r=0.07~0.13,P<0.05)。DTDI各维度的Cronbach’sα系数均大于0.76,间隔三周各维度重测信度均在0.73以上。结论:多维教师管教量表在大学生群体中具有良好的信效度。Objective:This study aimed to examine the reliability and validity of the dimensions of teacher discipline inventory(DTDI)among college students.Methods:A total of 1191 students from three universities completed the DTDI,with 190 of them were retested three weeks later.The teacher-student relationship scale,the school attitude scale,and the symptom checklist 90 were used as criteria-related validity instruments.Results:Confirmatory factor analyses indicated that the original five-factor structure of the DTDI fitted well with college students.The standardized loading of each item on its hypothesis factor ranged from 0.52 to 0.82.Teacher punitive disciplinary strategies(psychological aggression,penalty,corporal punishment,and exclusionary discipline)of the DTDI were significantly negatively correlated with teacher-student relationship closeness and school liking(r=-0.16~-0.30,P<0.001),while positively correlated with teacher-student relationship conflicts,school avoidance,and students'anxiety,depression,and hostile behavior tendencies(r=0.18~0.50,P<0.001).Teacher non-punitive discipline of the DTDI was significantly positively correlated with teacher-student relationship closeness and school liking(r=0.13~0.20,P<0.001),smaller yet positively correlated with teacher-student relationship conflicts,school avoidance,and students'anxiety,depression,and hostile behavior tendencies(r=0.07~0.13,P<0.05).The Cronbach'sαcoefficients for each DTDI subscale were all above 0.76,and the retest reliabilities for each subscale after a three-week interval were all above 0.73.Conclusion:The dimensions of teacher discipline inventory demonstrated good reliability and validity in college students.
