中文版内生性人格量表测评大学生群体的信度与效度

摘　　要：目的:修订内生性人格量表并在中国大学生群体中检验其信效度。方法:采用内生性人格量表、坚韧人格量表及主动性人格量表对1143名大学生进行测量。结果:(1)中文版内生性人格量表共25个条目,包含好奇、持久、自我中心、内在动机、享受挑战、无聊忍受、注意控制7个维度,7因子模型数据拟合良好(χ^(2/df)=2.51,CFI=0.91,TLI=0.90,GFI=0.90,RMSEA=0.06);(2)中文版内生性人格量表总分与坚韧人格量表及主动性人格量表总分均呈正相关(r=0.56、0.55,P<0.01),其组合信度在0.71~0.89之间,平均方差抽取量在0.39~0.57之间;(3)信度检验发现,中文版内生性人格量表的Cronbach’sα系数在0.71~0.88之间,分半信度在0.71~0.89之间,间隔4周的重测信度在0.72~0.84(P<0.01)之间。结论:中文版内生性人格量表在中国大学生群体中具有良好的信效度,可以作为有效的测评工具使用。Objective:To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of autotelic personality scale(APS among Chinese college students.Methods:Totally 1143 college students were surveyed with autotelic personality scale(APS),hardiness scale(HS)and proactive personality scale(PPS).Results:(1)The APS included 25 items and 7 dimensions that were persistence,self-centeredness,attentional control,enjoyment and transformation of boredom,enjoyment and transformation of challenges,intrinsic motivation and curiosity.CFA showed the seven-factor data fitted well(χ^(2/df)=2.51,CFI=0.91,TLI=0.90,GFI=0.90,RMSEA=0.06).(2)The APS correlated with HS and PPS positively(r=0.56,0.55,P<0.01).In addition,the composite reliability coefficients ranged from 0.71 to 0.89 and AVE coefficients from 0.39 to 0.57 of the APS.(3)The APS had good internal reliability with Cronbach'sαcoefficients from 0.71 to 0.88,split-half reliability coefficients ranged from 0.71 to 0.89,After 4 weeks,we retest 112 samples and the re-test reliability ranged from 0.72 to 0.84(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Chinese version of autotelic personality scale(APS)has acceptable reliability and validity and can be an effective scale for Chinese college students.
