摘 要:目的:探讨负性自动思维的神经基础及其对抑郁情绪的影响机制。方法:179名大学生完成了线上量表调查以及静息态功能磁共振成像扫描。基于人脑功能连接预测模型分析负性自动思维相关的功能连接,并探讨该功能连接与抑郁情绪的关系,以及负性自动思维的中介作用和压力知觉的调节作用。结果:默认网络、额顶控制网络和突显网络的功能连接能够较好地预测负性自动思维分数,并且这些功能连接通过负性自动思维分数正向预测抑郁分数,压力知觉对此起调节作用:高压力知觉人群的脑功能连接对负性自动思维的预测作用更大。结论:默认网络、额顶控制网络和突显网络的功能连接与负性自动思维密切联系,可能是其作为抑郁情绪前瞻性因素的神经基础,压力知觉与其相互作用进一步支持了情绪障碍的认知模型。Objective:To explore the neural basis of negative automatic thoughts and their impact on depression.Methods:A total of 179 college students participated in an online questionnaire survey and underwent resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)scans.Using the connectome-based prediction model,we analyzed the functional connections related to negative automatic thoughts and delved into the relationship between this functional connectivity and depressive mood,along with the mediating role of negative automatic thoughts and the moderating effect of stress perception.Results:The results showed that functional connectivity within and between the default network,frontoparietal control network,and salience network was significantly positively correlated with negative automatic thoughts scores and could better predict negative automatic thoughts scores.Furthermore,these functional connections positively predicted depression scores through negative automatic thought scores,with perceived stress acting as a moderator.The predictive effect of brain functional connections on negative automatic thoughts was greater in individuals with high perceived stress.Conclusion:The functional connections of the default network,frontoparietal control network,and salience network are closely related to negative automatic thoughts,potentially serving as the neural basis for these thoughts as a prospective factor in depressive emotions.The interaction with perceived stress further supports the cognitive model of emotional disorders.
