摘  要:CD161是C型凝集素家族蛋白成员之一,主要参与调节免疫反应,在多种免疫相关性疾病的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。CD161与其配体凝集素样转录物1结合既可以发挥共刺激作用,又可以发挥抑制作用。表达CD161的T细胞,特别是产生白细胞介素-17的亚群,与银屑病、恶性肿瘤、类风湿关节炎及系统性红斑狼疮等自身免疫性疾病密切相关。免疫相关性疾病的发病机制复杂,明确此类疾病的发病机制成为研究热点,而CD161有望作为免疫相关性疾病诊断和治疗的生物标志物。CD161 is one of the members of the C-lectin family of proteins,which is mainly involved in the regulation of immune responses and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of various immune-related diseases.The binding of CD161 to its ligand lectin-like transcript 1 can play both a costimulatory and an inhibitory role.CD161-expressing T cells,especially subsets producing interleukin-17,have been implicated in autoimmune diseases such as psoriasis,malignancy,rheumatoid arthritis,and systemic lupus erythematosus.Due to the complex pathogenesis of immune-related diseases,the studies of their mechanism have become hot spots,and CD161 is expected to be used as a biomarker for the diagnosis and treatment of immune-related diseases.
