摘 要:随着电力电缆工程技术和复杂性不断提高,电缆工程进度管理的难度也不断提高,电缆工程进度管理研究受到广泛关注。对关键链法在电力电缆工程进度管理中的应用进行介绍。通过采用三点估算法对各工序的持续时间进行重新估算,消除人为设置的不合理安全时间。利用网络图确定关键路径,平衡各工序间的制约因素,最终确定关键链。根据三点估算法,结合工程特点,考虑各工序之间的位置关系及每道工序自身的工期特点,引入位置权数和弹性因数,确定各工序的缓冲区大小。健全缓冲区预警机制,通过对缓冲区消耗进行动态累计,确定缓冲区管理措施。通过应用关键链法,有效降低延期风险,确保电力电缆工程按期完工。With the continuous improvement in technology and complexity of electrical power cable engineering project,the difficulty of progress management in cable engineering project has increased.Research on progress management in electrical power cable engineering project has attracted widespread attention.The application of the critical chain method in the progress management of electrical power cable engineering project was introduced.The three-time estimate method was employed to re-evaluate the duration of each process,and eliminate unreasonable safety time set artificially.The network diagram was used to determine the critical path,balance the constraint between the processes,and ultimately identify the critical chain.Based on the three-time estimate method,and considering the characteristic of engineering project,the positional relationship between the processes and the duration characteristic of each process,the size of buffer of each process was determined by introducing position weight and elasticity factor.A buffer alert mechanism was perfected,the buffer management measure was determined by dynamically accumulating buffer consumption.Through the application of the critical chain method,the risk of delay was effectively reduced to ensure the timely completion of electrical power cable engineering project.
