摘 要:垫升风机是气垫船关键的动力设备,具有旋转速度快、吸收功率大的特点。垫升风机轴承提供径向支承,保证叶轮总成平稳运转。轴承在使用过程中,保持架会严重磨损,轴承可能失去承载能力。针对高海况下垫升风机轴承保持架磨损问题,建立垫升风机轴承动力学分析模型,通过仿真计算,进行垫升风机轴承处应力变形分析,确认保持架磨损的发生机理。通过与垫升风机轴承保持架实际磨损情况比较,验证仿真分析的有效性。The lift fan is critical power equipment for hovercraft,known for its high rotational speed and substantial power absorption.Bearing in the lift fan provides crucial radial support to ensure smooth operation of the impeller assembly.However,prolonged use of bearing results in significant wear of the cage,potentially compromising bearing capacity.To address wear issue of bearing cage of the lift fan under high sea condition,a dynamic analysis model of bearing of the lift fan was established.Stress and deformation analyses were conducted on bearing cage of the lift fan through simulation calculation to elucidate the mechanism of wear of the cage.The validity of the simulation analysis was confirmed through comparison with actual wear pattern observed in bearing cage of the lift fan.
