摘　　要：GB 43854—2024《电动自行车用锂离子蓄电池安全技术规范》已于2024年4月25日正式发布。总结GB 43854—2024标准的适用范围,从标准适用的电池和电池组两个对象,详细分析安全要求、试验方法和试验目的,阐释试验条件、样品要求和试验程序。对比分析GB 43854—2024与GB/T 36972—2018及T/BBIA 4—2023的异同。标准的全面解读,有望促进标准的实施应用和电动自行车行业健康有序发展。GB 43854—2024 Safety Technical Specification of Lithium-Ion Battery for Electric Bicycle was officially released on April 25,2024.The scope of application of GB 43854—2024 is summarized,the safety requirements,test methods and test purposes are analyzed in detail from the two objects of battery and battery pack applicable to the standard,the test conditions,sample requirements and test procedures are explained.A comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between GB 43854—2024 and GB/T 36972—2018 as well as T/BBIA 4—2023 is conducted.A comprehensive interpretation of the standard is expected to promote the implementation and application of the standard,as well as the healthy and orderly development of the electric bicycle industry.
