摘　　要：产学研合作背景下,锂离子电池相关专业的创新创业教育成为关注的重点。需要结合市场需求明确人才培养方向,找准人才培养模式改革的切入点。产学研合作强调的是科研、教育、生产三个环节的融合,可打通技术创新上、中、下游的界限。创新创业教育是以培养学生创业意识、创新精神、创新创业能力为出发点的教育模式,核心是通过分阶段、分层次的创新创业思维培养来强化学生的问题解决意识、动手实践能力,进而适应全新的工作模式,在工作中掌握主动。Under the background of cooperation in Industry-University-Research,the innovation and entrepreneurship education of Li-ion battery related majors has become the focus of attention.It is necessary to make clear the direction of talent training according to the market demand,then find the breakthrough point of talent training mode reform.Industry-University-Research’s cooperation emphasizes the integration of scientific research,education and production,thus opening up the boundary between the upstream,middle and downstream of technological innovation.The innovation and entrepreneurship education is the education mode that takes the cultivation of students’entrepreneurial consciousness,innovative spirit and innovative entrepreneurial ability as the starting point.The core is to strengthen students’problem-solving consciousness and practical ability through the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial thinking in stages and levels,then to adapt to the brand-new work mode and take the initiative in jobs.
